Job Description

Pete's notes:

    • Needs immediate replacement of her Project Finance Manager on 12-month contract max 9K pd to us. Incumbent fired for lack of hands-on excel skills and has temporary backfill from Deloitte. Resource costing and planning a big part of role as it’s a big part of their cost
    • Needs to be as low level as checking/generating an invoice and creating/managing Excel tables to an advanced level, with no one to delegate these tasks to. Excel includes mapping fields across tables/workbooks, pivot tables, data visualisation.
    • Will need to over invoices, accruals versus actual, accounting versus cash, consolidation for reporting/planning/budgeting (with lots of revisions), internal cross-chaging/recharges in complex environment with multiple workstreams and countries.
    • Should be able to see, dissect and report on variances and discrepancies. LA doesn’t want to spot them and have to interrogate someone
    • Ideally (but not a must) will be able to face-off with senior/Heads of Finance at Regional and LBU level. LA can provide top cover if needed
