Ross is an accomplished talent leader with a track record that spans Hong Kong and wider Asia for 15 years. He started his career in London before moving to Hong Kong and has travelled extensively to Singapore, Tokyo and Sydney expanding businesses and service offerings.
During his time in the Region, Ross has successfully built multiple Technology Recruitment practices and worked onsite in-house for an investment bank before co-founding Mainstay Asia. Ross specialises in Project and Corporate Governance (Project/Program Management, Risk, Controls, Audit) in both Technology and Business Transformation practises.
